Meet the dedicated staff who serve our church community

Dean Noonan

Dean Noonan

Senior Pastor

Dean Noonan was saved in Faith Baptist Church at the age of sixteen. He answered God's call on his life and went to Bible college. After finishing his studies, he got married and began working at Faith Baptist Church as a youth pastor. After 6 years, God made it clear that He was preparing Bro. Noonan for pastoring. He was called to pastor Faith Baptist in 1992. Under his leadership the church grew. His vision for the Greater Milwaukee area has helped the church to reach milestones in soul winning, baptisms, missions giving, bus riders, and church attendance. His care for his people has been an influence on the entire ministry.

Ron Webb

Ron Webb

Assistant Pastor

Ron was saved in the fall of 1982 while stationed onboard a ship in the Persian Gulf as a nineteen year old sailor in the US Navy. When his military contact was completed, he attended Pacific Coast Baptist Bible College from 1985 to 1986. He then moved with his wife Sescenee to Indiana, where they both attended Hyles-Anderson College until 1991. He took a staff position at First Baptist Church in Long Beach, California, serving as youth pastor, teacher, and bus driver, among other things. In 2000, Ron became the director for the Rose of Sharon Life Center, a crisis pregnancy center. The following year, he accepted the pastorate at Mountain View Baptist Church in Victorville, California. He pastored for nearly ten years before moving with his wife and seven children to Iowa, where he became the director of a center for troubled boys and girls. In 2013 Ron went back to the west coast, assisting in a couple of churches before accepting the pastorate of Faith Baptist Church in Brookings, Oregon. He pastored there from 2017-2020 before moving to Wisconsin to begin attending Faith Baptist Church. He served faithfully in ministry as a layman leading the RU Recovery ministry, and he accepted a position as an assistant pastor in 2024. Ron and Sescenee have joyfully followed God everywhere He has called them.

Matt Keilas

Matt Keilas

Assistant Pastor

Matt was saved at the age of sixteen and was led to the Lord by his youth pastor and stepbrother, Dean Noonan, Sr. The following year, he surrendered to the call of ministry after hearing a sermon called “Jesus and Missions.” He is a 1996 graduate of Hyles-Anderson College; that is also where he met and married his college sweetheart, Becky. Since 1996, Matt’s roles as a staff member of Faith Baptist Church have included Christian school teacher, basketball coach, soccer coach, bus driver, bus captain, youth pastor, fundraising, and building maintenance. The Lord also added two boys to the family through the years, Isaac and Jack. Matt’s main position as missions director allows him to focus on our missionaries, maintaining relationships with those overseas and connecting with new missionaries on deputation or those home on furloughs to have them present their field to FBC. He is also currently teaching Bible and coaching the JV basketball team of Badger State Baptist School. The highlight of his week is teaching the Friendship Class every Sunday morning. His goal is to “serve the LORD with gladness” every day of his life. Matt and Becky’s passion for serving others is an encouragement to God’s people around the world.

He presently teaches the Equipped Class every Sunday morning, continues to teach in the high school of Badger State Baptist School, and leads the bus ministry. Jeff also started the Fourth Quarter Club, which aims to encourage adults in their later stages of life to continue as steadfast servants in whatever capacity they are able. Jeff and Amy epitomize faithfulness and longevity in the ministry of FBC.

Journey Wilson

Journey Wilson

Youth Pastor

Journey accepted Jesus Christ as Savior on February 25, 2003, just two days before his 5th birthday. He attended Calvary Baptist Church in Platteville, Wisconsin until he graduated from the local public high school. The Lord called him to attend West Coast Baptist College in Lancaster, California, where he studied in the One Year Bible Program until a health emergency sent him home in the spring of 2017. He re-enrolled at West Coast for the 2017-18 school year, but after one semester he decided to transfer to Pensacola Christian College for a secular degree in Sports Management. He had the hopes of one day becoming a sports broadcaster, but God had other plans, leading him to leave PCC. He worked a secular job while serving in a local church, waiting for God to show him what was next. In 2020, he met Elizabeth Noonan at a wedding, quickly relocated to Wisconsin, and a year later the two were married. Journey accepted a staff position at FBC in 2022, and in 2024 he became the youth pastor. Journey and Biz bring energy and passion for the work of Christ to the youth group and beyond.
